I went out under the power of the Holy Spirit, lying on the floor, crying, with tears and crying with my lips; Oh, God, Oh, Jesus, Oh, Holy Spirit. This went on for quite a while and then I attempted to get to my feet. I had to have help and I staggered all over the meeting hall. Dear family, friends, board members and prayer partner's. Many of you pray for us and our ministry on a regular basis and Eva and I just want to share a little of our ministry with you. I, Billy, serve a few churches around the country in an apostolic relationship. As such, I travel out to these churches from time to time to minister to them, their pastoral team and ministry leaders. Recently I (Billy) was with Lighthouse Fellowship, Hugoton, Kansas for a prolonged weekend of ministry. I installed Pastor Thomas Tatem as new pastor of this small town fellowship. While I was there the church was being led in Revival by Evangelist Jerry Gaffney of Centralia, Washington. This is what I want to share with you, some high lights of the revival. In 3 nights of revival services there were around 80 first time conversions, many were delivered from demonic oppression, some were released into Kingdom of God ministry, several were healed and many had their salvation experience validated. In all my years of hearing evangelists and attending revival meetings I rate this one near the top. Jerry is perhaps the best teacher that I have heard in a long time. He is a Hebrew Christian, mightily anointed of the Holy Spirit, and operates in the super natural. On Monday evening Jerry prayed over the ministers who were present. When I went to bed I could not sleep because I had so much spiritual energy. Around midnight I went to sleep talking with my Lord. The next morning I was awakened by the Holy Spirit and as I sat on the side of the bed He talked with me for the next 20 minutes. This is the longest time He has ever spoken to me in one sitting. There is only one other time in my life that the Holy Spirit has touched me in such a profound way, that was back on May 17, 1972, when I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. I praise God for Jerry Gaffney and his wonderful team who travel with him. Jerry has been in Dumas, Texas for the last 17 weeks preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God with signs and wonders following. He has a call to minister to the small churches and communities of both the Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas Panhandles. Jerry has asked me if I would join him in some of his Revival Crusades, one of which will be in Ireland sometime in May of this year. I have a new anointing upon my life that I will share with the world, with a new love to boldly witness to the lost and edify the saints to witness to their world around them. Dear ones, it is time for the church to be the church, to speak up and out for our Lord Jesus Christ, believing that as I do this signs and wonders will follow me. I challenge you to do the same. We are living in critical times and people's hearts are failing them. We must encounter them with the witness and power of Jesus and see them come to full salvation. I just want you to share in our newfound joy, anointing, and ministry for Jesus. May Christ, the Anointed One, Anoint you afresh with His blessed Holy Spirit and Fire, so that you will become a mighty evangel for Him; to the glory and praise of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
