I had beeen out partying. Well, the result of this was that I was on the couch for 3 days - not with a hangover. I was dying...I was dizzy, I couldn't see well. My legs were swollen and I couldn't go to the bathroom. I had toxic poisoning building up inside of me. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law kept calling through the 3 days asking if I'd come to hear Jerry Gaffney. I kept telling him I was sick, I couldn't, but my brother in law being a Christian said Terri, that's when you should go. I kept saying no, but I heard the voice which now I know was God. Terri do you want to die like this? I didn't. That next day I went to hear Jerry. Jerry you had shook my hand. I FELT THIS BURNING ACROSS MY STOMACH. I told my sister when we left the church. The next night you had a prayer healing for who those who were sick. I didn't go up but my family were saying go up there terri, go up. Well, here walked over Jerry saying you are sick. I didn't tell him anything but God told him. Oh Lord, I got prayed over and was feeling fine. By this time, Jerry told me to go and take my blood test which I have monthly. MY BLOOD TESTS HAD BEEEN COMING UP BAD EVERY MONTH. I took the blood test - waited for my results from my doctor. He read them to me, and said all my tests were fine, except for my white blood cell count which was kinda high. When I was waiting for my doctor, I was speaking in tongues, praying before he came in. When my doctor told me the results I praised God and thanked him. Thank God and give him the glory! He was there all the time. I just didn't realize he had been watching and waiting for me to come home. Thank you Jesus. We had been going to see Jerry and Jan twice a day. I also want to thank the both of you for help guiding me closer to the Lord. You've helped me tremendously. I am now baptized on June 30, 1996. I've got the Holy Spirit in me and also speak in tongues. I thank you Lord everyday. I want to follow in his foot steps and be clean and pure. Thank You Lord Jesus Christ and thank you Jan and Jerry for your ministries that guided me farther to the Lord.
