Brand new trouble ticket system. Articles / Announcements Date: Aug 01, 2003 - 04:56 PM I have added an entirely new system to help our members enjoy their stay here a little more. On the right hand side of the homepage is a new "block" called "Trouble tickets". If you find that you have a question, or run into any type of problem o­n our website, please, fill out a ticket. We are working as hard as we can in order to make our website more user-friendly. I believe that direct contact with our members is the best way to get the input needed to make it easier to use. We took the first major steps this week in this process and completely rebuilt the registration and prayer board system. I would pray that everyone finds our site much easier to register at, login, and use with this new system.
